Sizing
How do the sizes work?
Each size covers two EU sizes (for example EU 37/38). Measure your foot and check our Size Guide.
I'm between sizes. Which should I choose?
Size up. The cork footbed moulds to your foot as you wear it.
Materials and care
What are the sandals made of?
Straps in soft suede or smooth leather, an anatomical natural cork footbed, a cork and EVA sole, and metal buckles.
Are they waterproof?
No. Cork and suede don't like being soaked. If your pair gets wet, let it dry naturally, away from direct heat.
How do I care for them?
Brush suede with a suede brush and protect it with a suede spray. Wipe leather with a damp cloth and condition it every few months.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order to Australia.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and usually arrive within 10–20 business days. See our Shipping Policy.

Returns
Can I return my sandals?
Yes. You can return unworn pairs within 30 days of delivery. Faulty items are covered under the Australian Consumer Law. Read our Refund Policy.
