Lunieve provides an additional lifetime guarantee against manufacturing defects in its jewellery. This guarantee also applies to jewellery purchased in our closing sale.

What is not a manufacturing defect?

Normal wear, natural silver tarnishing and damage caused by misuse are not manufacturing defects.

How to request help

Email support@lunieveofficial.com with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos. Please contact us before sending an item back.

After the store closes

We will continue to handle manufacturing-defect guarantee requests through support@lunieveofficial.com after the store closes.
